Can someone answer me this question?

Sun was made admin for

though he appears to effect the game by using his admin powers for anything.

Im not saying, sometimes its good to have him to mute players who spam but what is the reason mods exist for?

Helping a player start a clan who has well more than enough sp anyway to start a clan is hardly making a fool of anyone. Helping the players to move their quicker to encourage more clan war activity is not letting players farm (the purpose of the 2 day restriction).

To make a point, Fer's clan hopping hardly helps clan activity. In actuality, it harms clan activity in the long run, I would argue, and so I would urge someone with the responsibility of an admin, condoning this kind of behavior in the name of invigorating the competitive scene, to rethink their position.

Take for instance what happened with Epic Clan, in the short time he joined, sure he made EC's elo go up. Sure, it's commendable, and sure he left and made the elos of other clans go up. However, he only exhibited what his skill as a player can achieve, not what those other members of the clan can do. He doesn't inspire the players within his clan who aren't already competitive to get into the competitive scene by playing in cw's and not giving a rat's ass about training the players in EC or encouraging them to play.

It's not activity going up, hes just inflating elos of clans and then leaving them there. That's not breeding activity in the long run. In the short term it's satisfying to be like uraa we're doing well, but in the long run it's a shitty thing for clan activity.

Case in point: EC's activity severely dropping after Fer hopped to another clan. And seeing EC still able to obtain this place after they've gone inactive is hardly their fault either.

So no, I don't give a shit that Fer can move around in clans. I don't care that he's doing this more so for his personal enjoyment than sparking actual competition. I don't care that he doesn't care either.

What I do care about is that an admin of this game would be subjected to condone this type of dubious behavior in the name that it is for anything more than favoritism, whether mistaken or not. I urge again, to rethink allowing this kind of behavior on the grounds other than said reason. Because it really is not anything other than that.

I moved Ferr at his request, as I would do for any other player as long as they are not farming elo, which Ferr wasn't. Admin's have always moved players from clan to clan quickker, so I don't know why there is an issue now.

Whoa, quick reply there. I didn't even have time to re-read my own post and I read pretty fast.

You didn't really address my foremost point, but that's fine. Your original post stated that moving Fer was to encourage clan activity, and I have shown evidence as to why it has allowed for the contrary to happen. And until you can prove otherwise that stands to be true.

So then, I do want to inquire what is the reason for Fer's moving besides for his own person enjoyment? It isn't farming, but it isn't for any special reason either. Are you saying then, that if I wanted to for my personal enjoyment, and anyone else too in this game, to ask you to move me to another clan because of my personal enjoyment, you would grant that request? Hardly.

That's ludicrous, so until it can be proven Fer's behavior is for a reason other than the one I've argued for, I do not see a justified reason for moving him around.

And to make an analogy, saying it's "always been there" isn't justifiable either. There's a power in the Minister of Defense to declare war on random countries, it's a power that's always been there and so shouldn't be an issue now that it's used randomly since it's always been there?

You are entitled to your opinion on whether it will encourage or discourage activity, I am not here to argue with player's on their point, I stand to gain nothing from moving Ferr in any way shape or form neither for enjoyment or any other interest.. Stick to the facts. This is no big deal and a mountain out of a molehill. Admins have moved many players before this and always will. I am now locking this pointless thread.
