2 day - 1 week turns.

I'm not sure if this has been brought up but while the game is great and fun to play, especially longer games like world map. Most of the time it can be hard to find the 20-30 mins to complete the turn every day due to work, studying or some other real life commitments so if it isn't too much trouble could you perhaps implement something that allows players to play casual games with even looser time restrictions?
