I think this picture is from 1870 France, when they lost Alsace to Prussia. So they are teaching children that. Disturbing.

Last time i've seen something like this was in Croatia where they teach Bosnia as part of them, Macedonia with parts of Northern Greece and today Ukraine which claim Russia: South(Rostov-Volgograd-Vladikavkaz)
