How to pin topic?

Hi guys,

Quick question. As seen below, some tournaments entries are pinned to the top part of the page (like the "6th Official AtWar 1v1 Tournament"), some are not (like the "1st Official AtWar 1v1 Casual Tournament").



How do I do that? Do I have to invest PCs? Ask a mod? Ask an admin? Pray?

As moderators get frequent requests for this, please ensure that your topic is helpful to most/all of the community, is written in a mature/professional style, and is not already covered in another 'pinned' or 'stickied' post. As most of the key information that needs to be 'pinned/stickied' is already up, it is best to thoroughly read all the pinned topics as the vast majority of requests (99% or more) are denied as the info is already there, or the topic is relevant to only a few people.

Hey brianwl,

I'm hosting this non-pinned tournament mentioned above (link: https://atwar-game.com/forum/topic.php?topic_id=35829). Do you think we could 'pin it'?
It's definitely not already covered in another thread (I believe it's the first casual 1v1 tournament ever). I tried to do my best to write it professionally with my poor English Maybe we could qualify it as useful for most of the casual community. I could notify you when the tournament is over so we can unpin it.

This being said, nothing here is absolutely necessary. I was just wondering how do we proceed to pin it - and you answered my question. I leave the decision to you.

You cannot pin a thread your self, only Mods and Admins can pin threads.
