New units: Humvee, Aircraft Carrier and Drone

Given that we only have one mechanized, standard land unit:

Humvee

• 6 Attack, 2 Defense, 7 Range and 90 Cost (+1 Def vs. Militia)
  
• 5 Critical Chance, 7 HP, 16 View
  
• Cheap, Mobile offensive unit; good for wall-breaking and long-range skrimishes.
  
• Pairs with strategies: Relentless Attack, Blitzkrieg, Imperialist and Hybrid Warfare (?)
  

And to add variety to the naval units:

Carrier

• 8 Attack, 6 Defense, 15 Range and 350 Cost (+1 Aircraft Capacity)
  
• 5 Critical Chance, 7 HP, 16 View
  
• Expensive but Offensive Transport; good for supporting/transporting Air Transports & wall-breaking Bombers and pairs effectively with long-range skirmishes.
  
• Pairs with strategies: Sky Menace, Desert Storm, Naval Commander and Blitzkrieg
  

Drone

• 4 Attack, 4 Defense, 10 Range and 100 Cost (+1 Attack vs. Sentry Plane)
  
• 5 Critical Chance, 7 HP, 16 View
  
• Cheap Offensive Aircraft; good for wall-breaking and long-range skirmishes.
  
• Pairs with strategies: Sky Menace, Desert Storm (?) and Counter-Insurgency (?)

We talked about reskinning Sentries as Drones considering Sentries rarely exist in modern warfare, though I don't think this suggestion ever made it to Dave. Once we take a look back at Counter-Insurgency, perhaps your Drone idea will prove good

The Humvee as a Land Transport for Militia and Infantry is something I've been talking to others about as a possible exclusive variant unit for Iron Fist to buff that strategy's range without actually doing so. Your stats look killer.

The Aircraft Carrier as a deadly super Sea Trans has been talked about for years, and I believe it's the inevitable evolution of Naval Commander whenever that strategy finally gets a buff people want (yet it doesn't need). I'll have more to share regarding this issue soon.

I'd suggest making it unit specific, probably just a couple of marines. Like a land sub of sorts!

I think the carrier should only carry aircraft. But I would make it very fast. This way, it's main use would be to speed up the time needed to make an attack across the pacific or Atlantic.
