If the speed of light was based on the theory that light has a finite velocity, how would that calculate in a black hole?

Idk what you mean exactly? but if you are asking if the speed of light in a black hole anything you get is all theory.
Speed of light is constant mang. As light travels through an object eg. an ice cube (Not the rap artist) the photons sort of collide with the atoms as the photons are absorbed and spat out again so it appears to be slowed although the photons have just traveled a greater distance (Compared to light traveling in a vacuum as it does not pass through any substance)
