ProtoShop: Shield Styles

So I had this idea on making Protocoins actually useable. I mean yea you can promote a forum thread, or you can go incognito (fancy right), but I thought it would be great to expand what we can do with em, give them... value!

I'm no designer, and quite frankly I pulled these images from google. These are just some ideas for what we could do:
don't comment on the styles in this pic, its the concept that matters; we'll obviously have to design our own for copyright issues



Maybe we could add them in a section of the ProtoShop and sell em for 250-300 each?

thoughts?

this was exactly my thought process. All those "mainstream" games made their money because people wanna look unique. Hell I wanna look unique!

Good idea tbh. Establish a tier system maybe of value of shields based on their style. The only reason I had the idea for 300 is because I think they would be "special" and a lot of us have a lot of PCs lying around from posting in forums/visiting topics/winnings games. Seems to me almost like inflation

Yes but it's just inherently hard to make cosmetics for AW compared to CSGO or Fornite. The game's design isn't as flexible and in the end is very limited in what can be implemented in this regard. Games like CSGO and Fornite were designed with cosmetics in mind, Atwar wasn't.

Make only premium people could buy so then people who want to buy special shield will spend money on at least 1 month which is 5.99

Great idea, i can help with some new design when i catch some time

Looks cool, imo some should be given by quests (like medals, just not for premium only)
some should be given by quests that only people with premium (or "medals" pack) can get
some should be for sale
its always good to give the options to everyone and give more options to the people that gives you profit

Furthermore, I consider that NWE must be destroyed

I think I brought this up 2 years ago, that you should sell cosmetics, but back then it clearly was not going to be implemented.

Allow trade with cosmetics aswell, and add more cosmetics than just shields, even though shields are a really good and easy place to start.

Indeed giving pc a purpose would make them interesting to buy
