Upgrades Spreadsheet

I've rather painstakingly made this spreadsheet as an easy-to-use tool for anyone struggling to choose what upgrades to invest SP in.

Features include:

• Graded colours for Cost (with a column for the 10% premium discount)
  
• Indicator for if the upgrade is general-specific
  
• Indicator for if the upgrade is only available to premium members
  
• Indicators for if the upgrade unlocks a strategy, or if it unlocks a new unit
  

At the moment, comments are open, so you can point out any errors... enjoy!
