This is of course, not asking if you are working on it right now, but i have heard rumour that Microsoft is working on Silverlight functionality for android and ios, to keep the pressure on flash, seeing as portability is silverlights main flaw at the moment. so will Afterwind get a release on these devices in the future? I myself don't own a pad, but i might invest in one to play Afterwind... ^_^

Would be awesome if MS did, and we could play on a tablet.

Ehh, not sure if it would work out well. Maybe for casual games, but quick games would be tricky seeing as the screen would be smaller. Maybe taking out some of the things on the screen would help it work.

Just saying, the screen would be fine. I used to play AW on a little Microsoft notebook. IPad screens are just as large.

Apple will never allow Silverlight on iOS.
Google don't really care, but someone needs to port Silverlight to Android first.
Windows 8 will have support out of the box.

Apple will never allow Silverlight on iOS.

Do you know why? Or is it just some because of the competition stuff.

Because Apple. And their douchey attitude. But yeah, competition, mostly.

Read above.

Nope. Apple would never allow Silverlight on their portable devices, which means no Afterwind for Apple devices! (excepting Mac OS)

Nothing a little system tweak can't fix

Yes, but you'd still have to develop a whole bloody runtime to make Silverlight work on the iOS platform.

Microsoft plans to release a lot of tablets soon. So if you get one it will be able to run silver light.

1) The developers are currently coding AW into html5, which will run on Android. This in some months, although no date has been confirmed.
2) Please read up to date threads which give this information, before doing a massive necropost.
3) Cue ubiquitous necropost gif followed by thread lock.
