Rare Units?

Why is there a thing called Rare Units in the game which is available to only Premium Users, as you can see they have some quit interesting stats that makes the game slightly rude, a Rank 3 Premium with bad upgrades but lucky on getting a lot of rare units is enough to counter a rank 5 with proper upgrades, good strategy, good tactics, i believe this is nonsense of a premium idea, which should be removed in my opinion, having that and some Premium advantages than Stock advantages makes people play the game underpowered than having a fair fight, the game is heavily P2W actually from what me, and some people saw and i wonder why... may any of you have ideas?

They're still not overpowered, you can counter them with slightly better upgrades.
For example, heavy artillery have insanely good stats but low range. This means that you'll have to use an AT to move them. However, you cannot do that without hurting your economy. Therefore, you still need skill to play with them, and that can be easily countered with upgrade

They're still not overpowered, you can counter them with slightly better upgrades.

What about the 15 or so partisan that they get. I've seen people take small countries like netherland and get like 8 cruisers or 8 jet fighters.

If rares are turned on anyone can get them, premium or not.

Prems get much better chances of getting them just test it out it

In europe ur gonna get fighters and partisans air marshals etc..
While in asia you get child soldiers and shiz

in europe you get heavy artilrry and field officer and german infantries and those wired units with 15att def

Actually i have noticed (i'm studying the question with videos) that the % of chance to get rare units is increased by your rank.

Several times i had r12 or r15 getting 2 rares t2 while, t5, with 25 cities, i had none.

It seems rigged, it my opinion, i'm going to make a statement soon about that.
