Tabs turn grey?

Sometimes when i'm editing/making a map, the tab/menu of players turns grey-transparent, and i can't close it, it remains there on the screen, and only refreshing the game would help but then i loose all my work, or if i'm in a game the moves i did, all reset and i have to do it all again. It is really annoying

Just press TAB, they'll go back. It's a feature to temporarily hide all the menus.

I tried that but it didn't work sometimes

Agreed. It doesn't seem to always return it to usable menus. Or perhaps it requires a wait time before you can return it to normal, something is up with it.

Press TAB. Works fine for me. Do it twice, and don't revive old topics.

Obviously it did not work fine for me, or I would not have posted in a topic regarding the same problem. Will try to repeat when I get time.
