Air stealth unlockable through strategies?

I am just wondering if the air stealth units are only unlocked via the air stealth unlock, or if they can be unlocked with certain strategies... I have seen mixed answers on the forums some say you HAVE to buy the unit unlock while others say it can be unlocked via Master of Stealth or Sky Menace.

If you havent unlocked stealth plane via sp then the only strategies that enable it when you use them are sky menace and master of stealth

So i will be able to use these units even though i don't have them unlocked through sp while using certain strategies? or am i required to buy the unit to use in any strategy across the board?

basically yes you'd need to buy it in order to use it in any strategy
