I need a help! administrator!

I don't know why I can't entry at the game...everytimes the game blocks me and say ERROR ...why??
And also from a lot of time I have only 78 ELO...but it's impossible I did duell only few times in past but I won most part of the match...I'm surprised... probably I can't read all the rules cause I don't understand very well english, but surely something doesn't work correctly...Please help me!
I hope to have written in the correct form....I'm waiting for your answer...

http://el.atwar-game.com/forum/topic.php?topic_id=28835 check this as for the elo it was a known issue that was fixed some months ago.Admins currently innactive so i guess you will stay with 78 elo for now. But i dont think it is so bad.

I have fixed the ELO and unsure about the second issue however. We seem to have issues with some browsers, mainly firefox and chrome so please try different browsers with a clear cache to see if this helps.

Should probably put that in the description then, that you cant use the worlds most popular browser.

There is plenty of information on this topic with solutions in the forum and works for 99% of players.

Opera doesn't work either btw.

I'm using Mozilla Firefox right now and it's working well, perhaps try using that instead.

Thanks, now my ELO are better, but sincerally I don't know exactly what is their function!?
With Firefox I can play normally...thanks for all.

Thanks everyone for the suggests... the problem was chrome effectively...now I use Firefox and it's all regular....
I can continue to happily lose my games as before!

elo is a number indicating how successful you are at duels. win a duel and you gain elo, lose a duel and you lose elo.
