Random country

Simple option: you join you get a random country from a predetermined list (so you wouldn't get Fiji)

An option for the host, let them determine the parameters of the game. And since he would be subject to the random country selection as well, it would help prevent the host from having an awesome country while everyone gets stuck with crappy ones. So if you were setting up a 6 player game, and you chose the random country assignment option, you would choose 12 countries as the possible start countries. Or something along those lines. It would give the game hosts some more fun ways to make a game more interesting.

There's still too many countries and too much difference. India is 7+ as well as Greece. We could work on ranges, selected on the random option: Low Reinf, Normal Reinf, High Reinf.

High Reinf : 24-32
Normal Reinf: 15-20
Low Reinf: 8-11

I can see too many problems with this. For starters, what if the game picks Spain, France, and Ukraine in a three player game? One is clearly horribly overpowered by virtue of his position.

Similarly, Iceland and Malta both has one reinforcement, but one is clearly the superior pick...
