No SP after allying

I'm posting this bug for avatar
I joined a game where is friend was playing (week 30) to help him. We killed all the enemies in the game and then wanted to ally. But once the last player was killed and we allied; the player with most SP won the game (my friend), while i lost. This also happened when a friend latejoined my game, then i got most SP and won the game, while we allied. Looks like a bug. I'm sure we didn't attack in the last round and i'm aware of th auto-decline

Sounds strange. Need to check the winning/losing conditions.

This happens when you send ally or break ally right before the last turn. afaik
