Include Overseas Territories

Overseas Territories are only put in RP but it would be pretty cool in a whole world map to include them. This would mean that Netherlands, UK, France, China, USA, etc. could have an easier time. Netherlands for one is considered a very weak country in EU but a great income. Netherlands could even become a good option in a world map if it had its overseas territories. For example, UK would have places like Bermuda, Giblator , Falklands, and Caribbean territories. France would have French Guyana and New Caledonia. This would have to call for a slight increase in the amount of money to buy these places. In addition, this option should only be available in a whole world map or it would be unfair to other players. These countries could have a better expansion and enjoy all fronts. These territories could be an incentive for others to use these countries. Although these territories may station 1-5 troops, they would serve as a small income boost and some support. It would also add more realistic features which is an important aspect to this game.

I like this idea, but I am concerned that it might make the countries in question ridiculously overpowered, especially in high-budget, capture-all-cities or capture-home-country games.
