Turn off emails?

How do I disable email notifications? I receive so many [non-spam, surprisingly] emails a day and check in so often to Afterwind that I feel like email notifications about my casual games just spam my inbox.
How can they be turned off?

'My settings' panel in-game (click the gear icon, then switch tab).

Too bad all games dont have that I wish some of the games I play had that because then I would have such a big inbox;D
