Hmm, a lot to think about this. It seems like these rules have gotten more harsh, and carry a heavier weight. I respect firm administration, I think it is a good thing for any community to have. I like the Consolidated rules, it was a good idea. These rules are a bit over-due though, and should have been updated long ago. Anyways , if this does indeed help the moral status of this community, I fully support it. Thanks for those in the staff who put hours into updating this. We appreciate you! Good on you mods, hopefully you will be able to enforce the dump truck load of new material you just dumped on you self xD. Note: This new edit does seem to give moderators a lot more power, somewhat almost rubbing it in the publics face... Maybe reconsider how any times you talk about how mods can decide. It only should be said once.

And where are the rules for Moderators? I mean fun and all that the rules have been modified etc. But we still play a game where moderators apperantly have no rules to obey, yet the rules for the community getting sharpened? And I know you will say '' We do in moderation forum'', but those rules should be published too, as we can refer to the rules when a moderator is not behaving the way he should be. If you want a game to work, you should consider the fact that dividing a game between players and obviously players with an higher status is not a smart thing to do. People wont listen to what I have to say about moderators in the first place anyways. It's the type of dictatorship I am talking about.

I hope atwar check their moderators next. My friend spend 1H in a game yesterday and he took word ''beatings'' for 30 minutes by a moderator cursing his life and existance, how he ***** his mother every night. Like really? Fix your house. In sweden there is a crime saying to much idiot stuffs to another person.

Surprised no stance has been took in regards of account ghosting during official competitions, by the way. Rule 1.3 and Rule 1.4 seems to be the same thing except that ones announces the punishment.

I really don't like the rule that you can only use English in game chat. I personally dont know any other languages then English but I still am against the rule. Wy cant people from non speaking English countries type in their mother tongue as opposed to a foreign language to them?

I asked him to fill in report but he didnt do it because he thought nothing was gonna happen..... hopefully he change his mind Anyway about the english rule. How about making channels like in eve online? they got a help channel and if someone speak another tongue or ask another question they got a message they send that direct the person to their own language channel. Sun Tzu you played eve online yeh? pretty sure you said something about it few weeks ago, they got some really nice way to direct people to their own language channels.

I actually agree with this a lot. Among with the proposed reforms for the help channel, do allow the person to send at least one message in his main language, so if someone is there and knows the language, he/she can help the person better. I've already done this with spanish speaker. Thing is that if a mod is online some mutes may arise.

Cool stuff Although map making part sounds rather unfair to map makers, they paid for the game and poured hard work and time into making their maps. So I feel that if they wanted to ban someone, even if over a personal dispute, from playing something that they paid for to make and worked hard to make, they should be allowed to do so.

Zoom out "bug" exists so mods don't have to fix range on every fucking map and let the players try new stuff out instead Also, I think the rules are really badly written. A lot of them are almost completely same and new players won't give a fuck to read them.

Not as sensitive as in SL, but it indeed exists... Speaking in the terms of bugs though, more than half of the community would get banned if mods punish every single bug exploit. Using shortcuts for example...

Editing, release soon.
The rules were essentially edited by 1 moderators with consensus from the others. Most of us just proof read the whole thing. I'll take a look at the rules one more time and cut unnecessary stuff out.

Not likely. Every newspaper in EU says that Greece tax system is a failure and they need a reform. Sweden on the other hand is one of the most heavily tax nation because we are a small nation with just above 10M and lots of expensive costs. I pay a bit over 1/3 per month. I earn 46.000kr a month.... so yh. Myth: Greeks pay no tax <--- google that. and think twice next time you open your mouth. -answer to KingJim: I find it very offensive when someone start sprouting about gay laws in Sweden. Especially when your from a country that have spent last few years working against reforms that would fix their country. Every nation got a debt. The difference is that Sweden is able to pay off their debt while Greece need to ask for more and more money. Just around a year ago they tried to accuse Germany for war crimes and get a few billions. Then they have said several times they won't pay back their loans because of some bullshit reasons. so yeh.
