Upgrade Imperialist question

Do upgrades for cheaper costs further reduce Imperialist reduced costs? For example Imperialist cost for plane transport is 570 I think. If I got the cheaper transports upgrade would this further reduce the already 570 reduced cost or would this not apply to the imperialist strategy?

Upgrades DO further reduce costs.

Yep....if you get cheaper transportation your cost per AT drops to 520 when using IMP. Enjoy the upgrade if you decide to get it.
