Well considering their population China ai'nt even in the top 20, It is true that the chinese big cities have the worst pullotion across the famous tourist city (Jesus beijing does'nt even have skies). but considering the fact that they actually working on nuclear energy to replace most of their energy acuqierement in the next 20 years it's going to improve. meanwhile all the energy reforms that i heard about the west is about fossil and another forms of oil and gas. 2- Natural Disasters should give a teaching to an Administration that refuses to acknowledge the danger of Climate Change, considering the fact that US is actually the most serious polluting nation, known for not honouring climate-change deals (Kyoto is an example for instance.)

no one is pushing their political agenda. climate change is real and people are trying to raise awareness to trump and most other republicans because their current views on climate change will hurt more and more the human race long term. this isn't about liberals trying to use disasters to blame trump like you assume it to be. this is about americans trying to change the views of their government that refuses to look at the facts that are right in front of their noses.

Exactly why are the Chinese blamed for overpopulation a lot more than white people are?

China spends more on repairing damage to climate and renewable energy than anyone rest.

China just surpassed the USA IN OBESITY. And its just getting started, China is slowly moving towards being developed and already its NEW MIDDLE CLASS (only 1/4th) is the population of the whole of USA. So obesity, do you have the slightest idea what effect the agricultural sector (meat and dairy mostly) has on the environment? Pollution, emissions, water shortage, soil destruction, species extinction, deforestation to name a few.

And its getting worse if you observe the new generation, 23% of chinese boys are obese. Imagine in 20 years the army of all those million fat chinks racing it out with all the fat yankees. The chinese will win because they are more and the planet will be destroyed.

China is leading the way in carbon dioxide emissions too, with an upward trend, it doesnt matter that it invests in alternative energy, its needs are constantly getting higher and higher and now is the leading country in coal imports too, even if it has the 3rth biggest reserves on its own. Coal consuption rise only stopped after the GDP fell. Are we just gonna wait until China becomes rich and kills us all, is that it?








Its leading in pollution as well hmm..the air polution is so bad that 1/3 of california's pollution was found to have come from China. Out of almost 50 chinese cities studied only 8 met the appropriate standard. Schools are regularly closing, 1,5 million people die every year and pollution fog is an everyday occurrence now. A foreigner cannot relocate to Beijing without experiencing health implications, its all a big toxic mess, sometimes surpassing 30 times the safe limit.

As for the water, half of China's water has become undrinkable and 1/3 of the fish species have already been wiped out. I dont think theres any river left in China that is safe anymore.

Theres no end to the tunnel, it will get worse, its just math. The situation is out of control. China is one of the 3 problems humanity has to solve to survive, the other two being muslim ignorance/extremism and cutthroat capitalism (banks/corporation hold on governments and foreign policy). If India's economy suddenly rise alot too...then we are really fucked.
