Reform of atwar government

Today i will like to reform the atwar government! UCC (united collation council)

to sign up your clan it must be active

must have at least 10 members or active in clan wars

at least 5 active members

need a leader are an officer to sign your clan up

branches of the UCC

president council ( president and vice president and 5 members in president cabinet) to run for president your clan must be a members of the UCC

congress (Representatives) (Senators) every clan get 2 senators and Representatives are determined by amount of members every 6 people get 1 Representative.

judiciary president pick 6 judges (all judges cant be from the same clan)

need 10 clan to sign up then we will start election for president and vice

ideas are welcome!

Think this is great in theory but as adog pointed out, the clans dont get along, this could be disastrous

lol here is the butthurt kid, we arent a government, we are a group of map-makers dedicated to preventing trolls/leavers/wallfuckers from entering our games and ruining them. There are no evil intensions that is that. Stop complaining that someone is trying to make this terrible community a bit better. You are the reason why we need a ban-list so people who are all POed at the world and everyone can be banned as soon as they try to make a statement by leaving turn 1 which im sure you will do
