Lethal Attacker: +1 attack to all ground and air units +3 HP to all units in general stack -1 defense to all units weaker naval units (-1 defense to destroyers and subs) is it playable?

I can be countered by Lethal Uber Attacker, which has +2 attack to all ground and air units +4 HP to all units in general stack -1 defense to all units weaker naval units (-1 defense to destroyers and subs)

My all time favorite is definitely Uber PerfectBlitzLethalAttackwithDefensiveFormationKrieg +4 attack to all ground units +3 attack to all air units -4HP to all units in general stack (kills militia) +9 defense to infantry +3 in defensive line +5 in city +9 movement range to all units weaker naval units (-1 ARB) - income (you get 0) you also get city defense that spawns 10 infantry in each city each turn, no upkeep or cost.

I think they should make an "challenge" strategy upgrade -3 to attack -3 to defense -1 to range +15 to cost Maybe it could be -35000 SP?
