Joining Tournaments

So, I have bee looking to joining some tournaments lately but it seems they have all started or I can't play them unless I practice using premium. I was wondering how you guys track tournaments so fast so I can join some?

Usually a tournament is getting full in 24h hour and you have one tournement starting every 2, 3 weeks so you just need to check the forum everyday
