I suggest the randomizer, if implemented, looks for neighbouring countries.

Random start is a good idea.
Just give countries their valu and select between same value.

I support both idea's and wish to add one to this suggestion:

"No strategies" - Gives every player the standard strategy.

Might go well with randomnised and all units checkboxes

I like the first one but not the second for the simple fact what would be the point in thinking on what upgrades to get if everyone gets everything
