Solution for the Scenario spams?

I think the most world map players would like this suggestions. ( Tbh, Im almost sure vril will delete this topic, still worth trying it)
The thing is, its all fun having some scenarios and stuff for the low rankers, giving them chances and stuff to rank up and actually play. But looking at some games like UN and ww2 mentioned to be ''noob friendly'' But almost give all the ''noobs'' shit countries and countries who cant do shit but just stay and get killed? Thats not really ''noob friendly'' isn't it, kicking them instantly if they pick a country that belongs to ''rank 8+'' Like the -____-? The countries dont have rank limits tho lol?

My point is, that it would be good to reconsider about this ''scenario upgrade'', (Old)afterwind wasn't that bad. It only needed more players, It has alot now. Only thing people are doing now is coming up with upgraded UN or GoT or what ever ww8million crap. Also mods have to pay some more attention about people complaining about scenarios or game issues.. I WANT THE OLD WORLDMAP ADDICTED PLAYERS back ;c

A reform would be interesting, but we can't simply remove scenarios, it would be too boring

True, but 24/7 un maps in the lobby aint fun more tho? they should really give other games a chance too

I only play certain scenarios that give huge sp if u play good and actually try. UNs take to long and are to boring, world map games give huge sp if u ffa but take hrs most the time to finish and isnt beginners lobby the whole point from low ranks to play without being kicked for a rank 8+ spot.

Though, this is 100% true. I feel butthurt because now EVERYONE or at least 90% of new players, go and decide to rank up just by playing nooby maps. That's the true. Not to mention, all or mostly of them, are REALLY unpolite and fajjits. None of them use logic. The ONLY new competitive players I have seen so far, are Tact, Fock, and Stryko.

Most of the guys in beginners lobby only have 3 days premium because they are new, but most of them dont have premium at all. And go take a look at the beginners room tho, its full of europe+ and world maps. After ranking up to 5. They are almost forced to play scenarios to actually rank up. But dont get the chance off ranking by getting kicked every time..

But sometimes world map is a bit boring as it's the same thing repeatedly. With scenarios, it gives you the option to change what happens. Also world map depends on rank/ upgrades therefore higher ranks will be guaranteed to dominate against lower ranks whereas in scenarios it isn't as 'unequal'. What angers me most about world map is latejoining in 50k when someone gets 300 reinforcements next to your cap. But I think you should keep both scenarios and world maps for the people to choose

I agree with that, but still sorry for saying but world map 50k? is lame as it already sounds lolz. And playing UN is also doing the same thing repeatedly. Just spammign to make war with some1 and than getting rejected because of the invalid reason.. Also they could make no upgrade no strats for the balance of the high rankers? All the old ww players quit afterwind because it suckz balls with all those UN and other crap. This is my opinion and I respect others.

I play for fun alot of time. Yes i do wish to get enough sp to become rank 8 cause even though im rank 7 im still considered a low rank to some and even though im often wining alot of my games. I'm also one of the oldest players in At-War. Mainly cause of my busy scedule im a low rank. But if you ever play me in-game you will see if im doing good im constantly having fun. You have fun wining not losing unless ur a troll.

World Map is way better than scenarios, in everything. Balancing, fun and no ally faggotry. The ranks thing is TOTALLY fake, totally. Xa, I literally beat a few people with a rank 3 alt before, back in old school where there were no custom maps. Ranks mean nothing. Now, if you mean by skills, it's something different. If you are not playing Default Map, just because you get raped by everyone because you're a noob *cough*noOffence*cough* - then this is totally wrong. All that latejoining thing is bullshit too. First, because you can make it not happen, you can counter it. Second, because latejoiners are really weak, stop being a noob xD Seriously, I used to play 15k and go Germany, then leave countries like luxembourg, slovenia, cyprus and countries like that as neutrals so people latejoin on me and then I recap for more SP.

If now you get like 2k per day, I imagine you were rank 5 and left and now you play back because of free SP? Idk. Btw 2012 is not that old, I'm 2011 and still not old. Game was created in 2010, well started in 2009 but after a year it got released I think. About in november 2010 was when AW officially got more players, not as much as now ofc but still.
The fun factor is based on trying to win, if you win or lose that doesn't matter I feel proud when I do a good job, even though my team lost.

Yeh lol. Playing World maps from the beginning you will really gain skills and know how to play in sticky situations and learn how to controll and conquor by your self or with mates. IT learns you how to actually play afterwind. Sorry but what does UN learn you? besides spamming and trolling the game to remake the game 100 times? Just for reall dudes. Lol. Look at all the old players. They know how to play, they know what to do? And this was before the costum map things.

Ur wrong in some ways world maps do get old cause to me 50k world maps i dont even have to try 50k i can SM the whole game without worrying about money. And in any game unless its 2 teams etc thiers ally faging even though thiers the new 3 alliances only at the beginning thiers people who mass peace eveyone for no reason. To me ally faging is anyone who trys to ally everyone or allys every one closest to them. I only ally people who are far away unless im teamed up agianst.

Yes, this changing ally thing is also fucked up. srsly. If I make FFA? why is it even ABLE to change the allies -.-? No brains? Ffs. Tbh Scenarios and UNs learns you to allyfagg so dont blame it on world maps.

I have enjoyed playing world games ever since I joined atwar. Very few world games fill to a good amount of players and those that do often contain allyfags that don't know how to wall. These players have obviously been corrupted by UN. I believe that if players wish to play UN games and other scenarios that don't require skill, that is fine but please don't ruin my games by joining world games and allyfagging. If you wish to play world games or Europe games, then please start again fresh in the beginners room to learn the skills required to play the non-scenario games. Or at least join a coalition and have them teach you how to play with skill instead of the "Good Diplomacy" of allyfagging.

Xa dude, SM is not the only strat there. And I am not talking about world games. Im talking about 1v1, 3v3 or anything fair/competitive, world games count too. You can put max allies too. Not to mention allyfags always play like shit, you can rape em :l I just dont find those as valid excuses.

But since ive been here since afterwind i know how to wall and use units properly and use every strat but HW cause ive been told its bad. Now that ive joinned evol im beining taught how to play competive 3v3 which has made me a even better player in any game.

I totally agree with this. Im not saying to delete the scenario's but just put a maximum or something dont let it fuck the whole game. Nor ruin others games.

Anyway, by "old" I mean, someone who played before custom maps, and played as a high rank back in old school days.

SM to me is the best way to expand quickly and have powerful units. I play asia mostly in world maps cause it has good income and huge reinforcement rates but a combined ally fag of europe and africa even though they are really bad players to me is just annoying id rather face a good strong player than 4 weak annoying players who will leave after they see ur stacks comeing at them. And thiers the huge problem of players rage quiting after losing a majior battle i get rage quiting i do it all the time on ps3 or xbox but to the ones who win u dont gain near as much sp from a neutral cap then from a players cap.

In the old days thier werent alot of high ranks and most of them stop playing atwar. I wasnt as high rank as now as back then but i do remember back then thier was alot of great players i had a hard time being able to rank up cause of it.

Dude, this is bs too..Pretty much every rank 3-4 learns how to wall when they see 3unit walls. "Knowing" how to use strats is also bs :/ I doubt you are a competitive player anyway, I mean, if you like scenarios them you're doomed. You will always prefer to get SP with those shitty UN :s

SM is easiest strat in world games, it's still good, but I doubt there's a "best" strat for world games. PD, MoS and SM are the ways to go, imo. I'm not talking just about world games like I said, and allyfaggotry is always there, even in scenarios. I could say there are even more allyfags in them. And that thing about SP, is again exactly what I mean..You guys only play UN and that shit for SP. Stop being noobs :S

I suggest nerfing custom maps SP, or nerf them or delete them.

Yeh i agree with Alex lolz, You can play worldgames with any strat, Cant do that with scenarios. Sometimes its fun to play but its not like the best thing?.. They need to nerf Un or delete it.
