RESOLVED: Problem with Lucky Infantry upgrade

Hi, I purchased the Lucky Infantry a few weeks ago and I've noticed that the unit stats page does not show a +1 to the ARB when I select "include my upgrades"

edit: its possible that I'm just misunderstanding the upgrade after looking at the related topics.
