Random No-Go zones BUG

I am the creator of an RP map and recently my map was reported to have these random no go zones in the oceans and sometimes on land, that I never placed. They are invisible and seem to be sporadic. Only planes can fly over it but not be placed on it. Everything else can't. I know this bug is very recent because my clone back up map I made 1 week ago seems fine.. I could just delete the bugged one and use the clone.. But I've made changes to my main that took hours I'm not willing to redo.

Try using the 2nd tool (white arrow) to click on the no to go areas, then click the box that has ''no go area'' then again with white arrow and delete it

Actually I tried that but thats the thing, nothing is there.. I never put any no go areas in those places. I think its a bug that has the traits of a no go zone but isn't
