2 questions:

1) I know how the income grow in a country (25% or 5% on foreign countries) but is there also a percentage growth of the population?

2) what determines who will take the country if two allies attack the same neutral country together? who attacked first (move priority)? number of troops? kind of troops? or just completely random?

thanks!

I don't know the percentage but there is definately a population growth.

As far as I've experienced, it seems to be random even though the number of troops is the only one I think might influence. The only time where the country is taken by the same person is his own capital. When recapping, the owner of the cap always retakes it if he has units left.
