Singapore missing

Singapore is missing from Asia & Oceania default map preset. It must be fixed ASAP.

I think this is a small bug (which probably doesnt take much time to repair), nevertheless pretty annoying as editor. If this could be fixed, would be great.

Look at my complainds about the buggy editor and there are other things more important to fix than this :/

Bump , 8 extra reinf and 137 income is big for that part of map helps counter better east asia
