Notification when people are online

Following scenario: you need to play against someone in a tourney.
Now i want to mark this person and when he comes online I would like to see a message similar to the system messages (XYZ is online,..), just in a different color (maybe green?).

This should also work if i mark a team (and the other people of my team). so that it is easier to arrange teamgames or CWs maybe?
for instance if you are in a 2vs2 then you mark your teammate and the 2 other people from the other team. when all 4 people are online at the same time you get a message in the chat.

What do you think about that?

It will be a good idea. I support. I don't use it but i think it's interesting for duel.
