Declaration sound

My idea is declaration sound when a pr message sended to you in game , It'll be useful cause sometimes i am looking other pages and players send me pm and i dont see them so they getting mad on me ..

I hope this will come as soon as possible, this got already suggested several times, BUT its one of the coolest features ever. WE NEED THIS!
